Many items are warehoused and our sales staff cannot access this merchandise without notice. Some other items we special order and have fast shipped to us. PAYMENT:
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We also accept personal checks, money orders and wire transfers. We do not deliver C.O.D. We accept personal checks and money orders prior to delivery so we can clear them with the bank. Ohio sales will be billed under Sofa & Mattress Outlet.
Our staff delivers Monday Tuesday Wednesday and Friday, we usually schedule deliveries early in the day if it is convenient for you. When placing your order you will be asked for your desired delivery date. If you live outside our delivery area please visit FineWebStores.com.
RETURNS:
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery or pick-up only. We refund the purchase price for returns as long as the furniture is in the same shape that it was delivered in. We do not refund the delivery fee. Returns will be picked up within approximately 3-5 business days and there will be a delivery fee assessed to do the pick-up. We either mail refund checks or give credit on cards, depending upon how the furniture was paid for.
In many instances we cannot accept returns for merchandise that cannot be resold. Mattresses, futons, Sheets, Carpet, Rugs and many other items cannot be resold, therefore returns cannot be accepted.
WARRANTY:
We warrant our merchandise to be free from manufacturers defects for a period of 30 days from delivery. If there is a problem, we either replace or repair at our discretion
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO:
- Correct any pricing or other error in our retail store or on our website and not be held liable to ship or sell an item if we decide a mistake has been made.
- Restrict the quantity of any item ordered.
- Refuse service to anyone.
